EWSN 2008, the European conference on Wireless Sensor Networks 2008, is the fifth of a series of annual meetings focusing on the latest research in the rapidly growing area of Wireless Sensor Networks. EWSN 2008 will be organised under the patronage of the University of Bologna, Italy, on January 30th-31st, and February 1st, 2008.

The venue is Hotel Royal Carlton via Montebello, 8 - Bologna.
The hotel is located 100 meters far from the railway station and 10 minutes by walk from the main square (piazza Maggiore).

Previous events were held in Berlin, Germany (2004), in Istanbul, Turkey (2005), in Zurich, Switzerland (2006) and in Delft, The Netherlands (2007).

They all were attended by researchers from Europe, Asia and North-America; a selective reviewing process makes EWSN a conference attracting researchers because of the high quality of the papers presented. The conference also hosts posters and demos, where experimental platforms, HW/SW innovative solutions and testbeds are shown.

If you need information about the conference, please contact the organising committee: ewsn at deis.unibo.it
